Blast From The Past

Remember those birthday parties we had when we were 5? Imagine that with 30 year-olds and some slightly younger and some slightly older people, and also their parents...

Surprise! Happy 3oth Birthday Garrett. Let's have some ice cream cake and tequila.

Let's Make Party

Friday night was one of those nights where the music was so good it turned us into mental patients and retards and as a result we ended up taking a million photos and losing phones and eating McDonalds at 4am. It was that good.

First stop: Back2Basix
Band: The Ocean Doesn't Want Me

The ocean doesn't know what its missing out on. This band explains their music as experimental, alternative and progressive. The best way to explain the music is as follow: Okay, so imagine listening to heavy metal, but instead of feeling like you need to bench press a 4 x 4, you feel calm and serene, yet ready to mosh on demand. Get it? No? Point is, they're awesome. Go check them out here

2nd Stop: The Woods
Bands: The Shadow Club, Last Bout, Van Coke Kartel

They came for our ear drums, in return they were kind enough to let us back stage. Fair trade, I guess.

The Ocean Doesn't Want Me

See, hardcore serenity. Or something. Awesome

Yes, the cliched see-no-evil, hear-no-evil drink(?) no-evil shot, but more hardcore, as in the itchy wigga trigger fingers looking to bust a coupla caps in your ass. For reals yo.

The Shadow Club at The Woods

... and some more Shadow Club shadows. What?

Backstage at The Woods

This is Francois Van Coke and he wishes for World Peace

This girl in the middle was an integral part of our night. She was the most amount of fun. We do hope to bump into her again soon. We miss her.

Umm, two guys. Obviously.

At this point we asked her to take a time out and go stand in the corner, she was having way too much fun. Needless to say, the party followed her. Bitches be crazy.

... moments before Linel and Wilma had there time-out in the corner.

And here she is again, just after being released from her time-out.

...still going on about world peace...

Last Bout at The Woods

Hey Jacques, hey Ben, having the time of your lives, aren't you?

... while she's still having the freaking time of her life...

Nice

Nice flash, dude

Marianne looking pretty

Yes, it's her again. We all wanted a piece of this girl.

Jacques and Wilma.

Francois singing about World Peace

and some more

and more

and then he made us pray for world peace, obviously.
